"I needed to place the Safe Drive App to insure I receive The Excellent Driver Discount. I went into your Pearland Office, and met with Briana Behn. She indicated that I did not have Phone Inter Net Service. I went to my Phone Carrier, and they set it up for me. On Friday, March 13 @ 4:30PM, I went back and Met again With Briana. Within 5 Minutes she had the Safe Drive App working in my vehicle. She was Knowledgable, Extremely Friendly, and Truly understands what " Excellent Customer Service " is all about.
